Due to the exclusive and limited nature of our collections, we maintain a strict Return & Refund Policy. We kindly request that you review it carefully before placing your order.
The following are not considered defects and are not eligible for return/refund
- Minor variations in colour, print placement, shades, texture, or finish, as these are natural characteristics of handcrafted textiles and hand block printing.
- Variations resulting from natural dyeing and traditional artisanal processes.
- A change of mind after the order has been placed.
- Accidental or incorrect purchases made by the customer.
- Personal preference regarding the colour, design, fabric, print, or overall appearance of the product.
- Orders where the customer no longer wishes to keep the product despite it matching the product description
- Final Sale Items Items marked as Final Sale are not eligible for return/refund.
- We kindly request that you review all product information and your order details carefully before completing your purchase.
We accept returns, refunds only in the following situations
Every Poshakriti product undergoes a thorough quality inspection before it is carefully packed and dispatched. While we strive to ensure every order reaches you in perfect condition, if you receive a damaged or defective product, we're here to help.
Damaged or Defective Products
If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 24 -48 hours of delivery. Claims submitted after this period will not be considered for a return, refund
To help us review your request promptly, please provide:
- Your order number.
- A clear unedited unboxing video.
- Clear photographs showing the issue.
Once your request has been reviewed and approved, we will provide an appropriate resolution in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy.
Refund and Return Policy
We accept returns within 48 Hrs of delivery.
To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition and packaging with all tags attached.
Return Shipping A flat return shipping fee of ₹200.00 will be deducted from your refund amount.
Refunds: Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
How to Initiate a Return To start a return, please contact us at poshakriti@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We will require pictures and unboxing video of the product to properly identify the issue and offer a smooth resolution.

At Poshakriti, every collection is a tribute to India's rich textile heritage and timeless craftsmanship. All of our products feature handcrafted processes, created using traditional techniques that have been preserved and perfected over generations.
Each piece is crafted using artisanal methods such as hand block printing and natural dyeing. As a result, you may notice slight variations in print placement, motifs, colours, or texture. In hand block printed fabrics, it is natural for the print to show minor irregularities or slight variations here and there. These are not imperfections, but the very essence and beauty of handcrafted textiles, making every piece one of a kind.
The use of natural dyes and traditional craftsmanship may also result in subtle variations influenced by seasonal and environmental conditions. These unique characteristics reflect the authenticity, individuality, and heritage behind every Poshakriti creation.
