Shipping policy
1. Shipping Destination: We currently ship within India only.
2. Processing Time: Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
3. Shipping Time: Once dispatched, delivery typically takes:
- Metro cities: 5–7 business days
- Other cities & towns: 7–10 business days
These are estimates and may vary due to courier delays or unforeseen circumstances.
4. Shipping Charges: Shipping charges, if any, are calculated at checkout and displayed before payment.
5. Order Tracking: Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS to monitor your delivery status.
6. Unstitched Fabric Care During Transit: All unstitched fabric sets are carefully folded and packed to preserve the fabric quality. If you receive a damaged or incorrectly packed order, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs and unboxing video.
7. Failed Deliveries: If a delivery attempt fails due to an incorrect address or unavailability, the courier may attempt redelivery or return the package to us. Re-shipping charges may apply in such cases.
8. Lost or Damaged Shipments: If your order is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us at poshakriti@gmail.com within 48 hours of the expected delivery date. We will investigate and resolve the issue promptly.
