Shipping policy
1. Shipping Destination We currently ship within India only.
2. Processing Time Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
3. Shipping Time Once dispatched, delivery typically takes:
- Metro cities: 3–5 business days
- Other cities & towns: 5–8 business days
These are estimates and may vary due to courier delays or unforeseen circumstances.
4. Shipping Charges Shipping charges, if any, are calculated at checkout and displayed before payment.
5. Order Tracking Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS to monitor your delivery status.
6. Unstitched Fabric Care During Transit All unstitched fabric sets are carefully folded and packed to preserve the fabric quality. If you receive a damaged or incorrectly packed order, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs.
7. Failed Deliveries If a delivery attempt fails due to an incorrect address or unavailability, the courier may attempt redelivery or return the package to us. Re-shipping charges may apply in such cases.
8. Lost or Damaged Shipments If your order is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us at poshakriti@gmail.com within 48 hours of the expected delivery date. We will investigate and resolve the issue promptly.
